How We Do It
Our Approach
The Reach Out To All (ROTA) Programme adopts a structured youth empowerment approach that builds skills, confidence and leadership through progressive engagement opportunities.
The programme follows a volunteering-to-advocacy pathway, enabling young people to move from participation in community activities to representing education and economic empowerment causes at national and global levels.
ROTA focuses on youth aged 15–35 across schools, universities and community groups, ensuring inclusive access to opportunities while identifying and developing future youth leaders.
The approach emphasises practical experience, mentorship, and real platforms for engagement, ensuring that youth participation leads to meaningful contributions and measurable impact.
Youth Engagement Model
ROTA operates a dual-track model that combines broad-based volunteer engagement with a selective youth advocacy pathway.
The youth volunteering track provides accessible opportunities for young people to engage in community service, awareness campaigns and national initiatives, regardless of prior experience.
The youth advocacy track represents the leadership pathway, where selected participants undertake structured training, mentorship and longer-term engagement.
Through this pathway, youth develop skills in public speaking, policy literacy, campaign design and media engagement, while leading initiatives with measurable outcomes.
This model ensures a clear progression from entry-level participation to advanced leadership, creating a sustainable pipeline of EAA Youth Advocates.
Platforms for Engagement
ROTA provides youth with structured platforms to apply their skills, amplify their voices, and contribute to national and global discussions.
The EMPOWER platform serves as the programme’s flagship annual youth conference, bringing together young leaders to showcase initiatives, exchange ideas, and drive collective action.
Youth are also engaged through community-based activities, partnerships with national institutions, and participation in events, campaigns and public platforms across Qatar.
Selected Youth Advocates represent EAA Foundation at international fora and conferences, contributing youth perspectives to global discussions on education and economic empowerment.
Through these platforms, ROTA ensures that youth engagement is meaningful, visible, and aligned with national priorities.
