Reach Out To All (ROTA) is a programme of Education Above All Foundation dedicated to empowering youth in Qatar with skills, knowledge and leadership capacity to volunteer & advocate for education & economic empowerment locally and internationally.
ROTA delivers a structured youth empowerment journey that transforms motivated young people from volunteers into skilled advocates to engage in meaningful action, contribute to their communities, and represent EAA on national and international platforms.
What We Do
ROTA operates through a dual-track model that combines inclusive volunteer engagement with a selective youth advocacy pathway.
The volunteering track provides accessible opportunities for youth to participate in community service, volunteer-led projects, and fundraising campaigns, regardless of prior experience.
The youth advocacy track represents the leadership pathway, where selected participants undertake structured training, mentorship and longer-term engagement to become effective advocates.
Through this pathway, youth develop skills in public speaking, policy literacy, campaign design and media engagement, while leading initiatives with measurable impact.
ROTA also hosts the annual EMPOWER Youth Conference, a unique platform brings together young leaders to learn and exchange transformative ideas through workshops, panel discussions, and inspirational talks in order to take actionable and innovative steps toward sustainable development and positive social change.
Our Impact
ROTA builds a pipeline of engaged youth who progress from volunteering to advocacy, contributing to a sustainable ecosystem of youth leadership in Qatar.
Through our activities, youth gain practical experience and develop the confidence to influence discussions on education and economic empowerment at local and global levels.
