ROTA’s International Volunteer Day 2018: “Walk To School” event will involve volunteers collecting donations before their participation in the walk in order to raise awareness and funds for our cause, mobilise community support and engage with people from diverse backgrounds in a fun, sociable and healthy activity.

Dates: December 1 , 2018 Time: 10am to 12pm Venue: Oxygen Park, Education City (Qatar Foundation) Today, nearly 3 million Syrian children inside and outside the country are out of school. Turkey is home to the largest number of Syrian refugees, with over 2.7 million Syrian people and half of them are children. Our ROTA-EAA Project will work in Turkey to address the educational and psycho-social needs of over 20,000 Syrian refugee children by providing increased access to teaching and learning ICT resources, computer labs, teacher training and counselling services by qualified psychologists.
