Exclusion from Education: the Economic Cost of Out of School Children in 20 Countries
The second publication from EAC that focuses on the costs of not providing universal primary education shows that the costs of not educating children significantly outweigh the costs of providing primary education, furthermore, not educating children at the primary level can exceed the value of an average year of economic growth in many countries.
