Mana Al-Ansari is the Executive Director of Silatech, a programme of the Education Above All Foundation dedicated to empowering young people across the world. Under his leadership, Silatech drives innovative programmes that create economic opportunities, foster entrepreneurship, and connect education with sustainable employment, helping to unlock the potential of youth in fragile and developing societies.

With over two decades of experience in humanitarian action, international development, and humanitarian diplomacy, Al-Ansari has built a distinguished career championing the role of youth in shaping more resilient and sustainable communities. Prior to joining the Education Above All Foundation, he served as Director of External Relations at Qatar Charity, where he led the organisation’s international partnerships, advocacy, and global outreach, and played a key role in advancing global dialogue on youth engagement and sustainable development.

Mana holds a professional doctorate from Hamad Bin Khalifa University, with research centred on sustainable development strategies and youth empowerment. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. His strong academic foundation, combined with his extensive professional experience, has enabled him to develop a clear and impactful vision for advancing youth development in meaningful and lasting ways.
