Having worked in Latin America and the Middle East, Leonardo brings a wealth of experience and expertise. As a former Director of Policy and Research for the Office of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Leonardo has honed his skills in managing research and development projects and leading strategic planning. He is highly skilled in advising on research and thought leadership activities, having led the development of the Education Above All Foundation's Theory of Change and strategy. Leonardo holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Brasília. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
